What it is
AlecaFrame is a desktop companion overlay for Warframe, the most feature-complete in the ecosystem. It reads the game's logs to give you: a relic-reward overlay, an inventory manager with one-click Warframe Market listing, a riven explorer/finder/sniper, foundry timers, EHP and mastery helpers, and market analytics.
It runs on Windows via the Overwolf client and is developed by Alejandro Cabrerizo. The core is free; the deeper trading statistics (ProAnalytics) sit behind a Patreon tier. It has around a million users.
What problem it solves
Warframe forces you to juggle many tools: one for relics, one to list on the market, one to evaluate rivens, one to remember when something finishes in the foundry. AlecaFrame consolidates all of that into a single overlay that lives on top of the game.
Instead of alt-tabbing between the game, Warframe Market and a riven calculator, AlecaFrame gives you inventory, prices, listings and timers from one interface that reads your actual state. It's the difference between managing your account with five tabs open and doing it from an integrated panel.
Differentiation
Versus WFInfo (a single-purpose open-source overlay), AlecaFrame is the full suite. WFInfo only reads relics, for free, asking nothing. AlecaFrame also reads relics, but additionally manages inventory, foundry, rivens and trading — at the cost of being heavier, closing its more advanced analytics behind Patreon, and not being open source.
Rule of thumb: WFInfo if you only want relic price-checking, lightweight and auditable. AlecaFrame if you want a companion that replaces half a dozen tools and you don't mind running a bigger suite on Overwolf.
What people use it for
Managing inventory and listing on the market: see what you own and post sales to Warframe Market with one click, without copying names by hand.
Evaluating and sniping rivens: the riven explorer helps you price yours and find buy/sell opportunities.
Relic-reward overlay: like WFInfo, it shows which fissure reward to grab.
Foundry timers: it tells you when something finishes building, so you don't leave slots idle.
Trading analytics: the ProAnalytics tier gives deep stats on your economic activity (the free ones already cover the basics).
Who this tool isn't for
If you play on console or mobile, it doesn't apply: it requires Windows and Overwolf.
If you only want relic price-checking and prefer something lightweight, open source and Patreon-free, WFInfo does that job better without the overhead of a full suite.
If you're uncomfortable running Overwolf (which has its own overlay and telemetry), AlecaFrame isn't for you.
How it's used in practice
- Download AlecaFrame from its official site (it runs on the Overwolf client).
- Install it and leave it running while you play; it reads game logs to populate your data.
- Open the overlay with the hotkey to see inventory, rivens, foundry or analytics.
- To sell, pick an item from your inventory and list it on Warframe Market without leaving the overlay.
- In fissures, the relic overlay shows you the best reward, just like WFInfo.
Honest limitations
Windows + Overwolf only: it depends on Overwolf, which some users prefer to avoid for its own overlay and telemetry.
Paywalled advanced features: ProAnalytics (the deeper trading stats) is behind Patreon. The core is functional for free.
Not open source: unlike WFInfo, you can't audit the code.
Heavy: by doing so much, it's a larger suite with more surface than a simple overlay.
How to get started
Download AlecaFrame from alecaframe.com, install the Overwolf client if you don't have it, and leave it running while playing. Inventory data populates by reading your logs. Start with the relic overlay and market listing; pick up the rest of the features (rivens, foundry, analytics) as you need them.
