Cephalon Navis

Android app for on-the-go world state with push notifications

FreeOpen sourceBeginner

What it is

Cephalon Navis is an Android companion app for Warframe, built by WFCD on the open warframestat.us API. It gives you the world state on the go: news, day/night cycle timers, bounties, fissures, Nightwave, Darvo deals, the Baro countdown, sorties and invasions, with customizable push notifications. It's free, open source under MIT and actively updated.

It's the mobile counterpart to Warframe Hub: same data, app format with push.

What problem it solves

Warframe's time-gated content doesn't wait for you to turn on your PC. Baro arrives, Cetus's cycle flips, an invasion with a good reward appears — and if you're not watching, it passes. Warframe Hub and Tenno Tools are web, so they depend on the browser.

Navis brings that tracking to your phone with real push notifications: you configure what matters and it alerts you even without the game or PC open. For players who want to stay on top of the world state away from the computer, it's the native option.

Differentiation

Versus Warframe Hub (web/desktop) and Tenno Tools (web with browser notifications), Navis is the native Android app with system push notifications. They share the same data backend (warframestat.us). Rule of thumb: Hub in the browser, Navis on your phone when you want push alerts without relying on the browser.

What people use it for

Push notifications for time-gated content: configurable alerts for Baro, cycles, invasions and more.

Checking the world state on your phone: timers and activities without opening the PC.

Following bounties and Nightwave: rotating tasks from mobile.

Not missing Darvo or Baro: countdowns with alerts.

Who this tool isn't for

If you play and plan everything on PC, Warframe Hub in the browser is enough — Navis mainly adds value if you want phone alerts.

If you use iOS, Navis doesn't apply: it's Android only.

How it's used in practice

  1. Install Cephalon Navis from Google Play (or build from WFCD's GitHub).
  2. Pick your game platform.
  3. Configure which push notifications you want.
  4. The app alerts you on your phone when the configured content appears.

Honest limitations

Android only: there's no iOS version.

English only: the interface isn't translated.

It's a tracker, not a full companion: it shows world state; it doesn't manage inventory or builds like AlecaFrame.

How to get started

Install Cephalon Navis from Google Play, select your platform and enable push notifications for what interests you (Baro, cycles, invasions). From there, it alerts you on your phone without you having to open anything else.
