Honest limitations
Active season only: drops are time-limited. Once the cycle ends, you can't get them.
Specific channels only: not any LE streamer counts. Only partners on the official list.
Requires real watch time: not an instant claim. Required hours can be 1-8 depending on the drop.
Twitch outages affect: if Twitch tracking fails, drops can stop counting. Typical bug that takes hours-days to resolve.
