What it is

Leetify is a CS2 performance analysis platform that combines automated demo parsing with AI scoring to deliver structured feedback. You upload your demos (or it pulls them automatically via Faceit/Matchmaking integration) and it returns scores in key categories: aim, utility usage, positioning, opening duels, trade efficiency.

It raised significant funding in 2021-2022 around its "AI coaching" pitch, and since then it has positioned itself as an alternative to human coaching for intermediate and advanced players who can't pay for one-on-one sessions.

It has two main modes: post-match analysis (what happened in a specific match) and the aggregated dashboard (how your performance evolves over time, compared to the rank immediately above yours).

The model is aggressive freemium: the free tier shows basic stats and top-line scores. The Pro tier (~$10 USD/month in 2025) unlocks drill-downs, advanced comparisons, and unlimited demo analysis.

What problem it solves

Improving at CS2 past a certain point requires identifying specific mistakes and patterns. But watching your own demos is tedious, biased (you don't notice mistakes you don't recognize as mistakes), and expensive (a human coach costs $30-100 USD/hour).

Leetify automates that first layer: it parses the demo, identifies standard metrics (KDA alone says little), contextualizes them against benchmarks for your rank and the rank above, and flags concrete areas where you're below average. That works as a first coaching pass anyone can use.

For the case "I'm MG2, I want to reach DMG, I don't know what to fix first," Leetify tells you if your main deficit is aim consistency, utility damage, or trade timing — something that without a dedicated parser would take hours of demo review.

What people use it for

Identifying weak areas: the dashboard shows your score per category and your delta vs higher rank. If your utility usage is notably low, you know where to invest practice time.

Structured post-match review: after a match, see which duels you lost, in what situations, with what weapon — without having to open the demo in the client.

Long-term progress tracking: historical month/season graphs of how your scores evolve. Useful for confirming whether deliberate practice is working.

Comparing with teammates: add your duo or team and see head-to-head in categories. Useful for honest conversations like "you die in early round much more often than I do."

Aim trainer feedback (Pro): integration with specific scenarios to detect whether your reaction time or spray control is capping your rank.

Who this tool isn't for

Leetify is excellent for structured individual analysis but it is not:

• A wallhack or cheating tool — it only processes public demos and replays.
• Utility lineup analysis → for that, scope.gg has the dedicated 2D demo viewer.
• Simple matchmaking stats → if you just want KDA + win rate, CS Stats is lighter and free.
• Professional coaching → no AI parser replaces a human coach who understands round-by-round macro narrative and team dynamics. It's complement, not replacement.
• Free indefinitely → the free tier feels intentionally limited. If you'll use Leetify seriously, budget for the subscription.

How it's used in practice

1. Go to leetify.com and register (Steam OAuth or email).

2. Connect Faceit (if you play there) — your demos are imported automatically. For Valve Matchmaking, you can upload demos manually or install the desktop client (Windows) that detects them.

3. After a few matches are processed, the dashboard fills with scores and benchmarks. The first few days are the most interesting: you suddenly see where you're weak.

4. For specific match analysis, click on the match → a per-round breakdown, duel list, kill/death heat map, and key-moment highlights appear.

5. If you activate Pro, you can cross dimensions (specific map × weapon × tactical situation) — that's where the tool delivers real value.

Honest limitations

Aggressive paywall: the free tier is deliberately very limited. To really get value from Leetify you have to pay Pro. That's not a problem per se but worth knowing before investing setup time.

AI scores are orientative, not absolute truth: the algorithms look at quantifiable metrics (timing, accuracy, utility damage) but don't understand complex tactical context (e.g., dying 1v1 on purpose so your teammate gets info). Take scores as a pulse, not as a verdict.

Premier/MM demos have less coverage than Faceit: the parser works better with Faceit demos (cleaner format, richer metadata). If you only play Premier or MM, the experience is more limited.

No mobile-first version: the web responds on mobile but the flow is designed for desktop. Serious review needs a monitor.

Demo privacy: Leetify processes your demos on its servers. If you mind handing your competitive data to a third party, this is a blocker. Their terms are reasonable but the concern exists.

How to get started

1. Create an account at leetify.com with Steam OAuth.

2. Connect Faceit if you have an account — that's what fills your dashboard fastest.

3. For Valve Premier/MM matches, install the desktop client (Windows) that detects demos automatically. Alternative: upload manually from your replays folder.

4. Wait 5-10 processed matches before reading scores seriously — averages are more reliable with bigger samples.

5. If after 2-3 weeks the feedback feels actionable, consider Pro. If not, the lighter alternatives (CS Stats, scope.gg) probably cover what you need.
