RivalsMeta

The meta hub: win rates, pick rates, tier lists, and leaderboards for Marvel Rivals

FreeEssentialIntermediate

What it is

RivalsMeta is a third-party site, not affiliated with NetEase or Marvel, fully dedicated to Marvel Rivals. It aggregates match data to surface each hero's performance and turn it into readable metrics: win rate, pick rate, ban rate, and a tier list.

Beyond per-hero stats, it bundles several sections in one place: top-player leaderboards, team-comp suggestions, per-map statistics, a tracker to look up a player's profile by UID, and a skin database with rarities. It's free.

What problem it solves

The Marvel Rivals meta shifts with every patch, and with seasons running roughly two months, the list of strong heroes changes often. Without aggregate data, you end up guessing what to pick based on feel or on the handful of games you just played.

RivalsMeta solves that by condensing thousands of matches into concrete numbers. Instead of arguing whether a Duelist "feels strong," you check its win rate and pick rate by rank and draw an evidence-backed conclusion rather than an anecdotal one.

How it's different

Its closest competitor in this niche is Blitz.gg, which also has a Marvel Rivals section with a tier list and hero stats.

The difference is depth and focus. RivalsMeta is a 100% Marvel Rivals site: its entire surface is built around the game's aggregate data, with more breakdowns (by rank, by map, by comp) and extra sections like leaderboards and a skin database. Blitz is a multi-game brand (LoL, Valorant, TFT, and others) with a lighter Marvel Rivals section aimed at a quick tier-list read. If you want the raw, granular data, RivalsMeta goes further.

What people use it for

  • Checking the current season's tier list: see at a glance which heroes are above the curve before a ranked block.
  • Comparing heroes by win rate and pick rate: tell a genuinely strong hero apart from a merely popular one by reading both metrics together.
  • Looking up a profile by UID: review a player's stats (your own or a duo's) with the tracker.
  • Building team comps: use the composition suggestions to cover the Vanguard, Duelist, and Strategist roles.
  • Browsing skins: scan the cosmetics database and rarities before spending.

Who this tool isn't for

If you're just starting and don't yet understand the heroes' basic kits, a raw tier list will confuse you more than help: an S-tier hero in expert hands can be useless to you until you master the fundamentals. It's also not for someone who wants step-by-step guides on how to play each character; RivalsMeta tells you what's strong, not how to execute it. And if you play casually and never touch ranked, per-rank win rates add little.

How to use it in practice

  1. Open rivalsmeta.com; the home already shows the meta summary and tier list.
  2. Filter by rank to see data relevant to your level, not the global average.
  3. Cross-reference win rate with pick rate: high on both usually means a strong, established hero; high win rate with low pick rate can be a sleeper.
  4. If you want player data, search a UID in the tracker.
  5. Before each season or major patch, check again: last week's numbers may be out of date.

Honest limitations

  • It's unofficial and depends on scraped/aggregated data: the figures come from collected matches, not an official NetEase API, so they can carry sampling bias.
  • It lags balance patches: after a patch, data takes days to reflect the new meta because it still includes games played before the changes.
  • Win rate isn't destiny: an aggregate number doesn't guarantee the hero works in your rank, with your team, or at your execution level.
  • It doesn't teach you to play: there's no coaching or combo guides; it's a data tool, not a learning one.

How to get started

Go to rivalsmeta.com, no account or install needed. Look at the current season's tier list and win rates, set the rank filter to yours, and use it as a quick check before your ranked sessions. If you want to track your progress, search your UID in the tracker and bookmark it.
