What it is

Helltides.com is a single-purpose timer for Diablo IV Helltide events. Helltides are zone events that activate every hour for 55 minutes, rotating between Sanctuary's 5 major zones. During a Helltide, mobs drop Cinders (event-specific currency) and items with higher chance of uniques/legendaries.

The site shows:

• Current status: active or not, and in which zone.
• Time remaining: countdown to the next rotation.
• Next zone: where the next Helltide will be.
• Rotation schedule: 24h+ next-rotations table.

Zero login, zero clutter. The home page is the only page that exists.

What problem it solves

D4 in-game doesn't prominently show you when the next Helltide is or which zone. There's a small indicator but it doesn't contain the rotation schedule. For players who actively farm Helltides (the main source of uniques and mythics post-leveling), knowing exact timing is critical — you don't want to arrive at the zone with 2 minutes remaining.

Owner-dependent maintenance: site by an individual. If the owner leaves, it could disappear. Stable since 2023 so far.

No native notifications: tells you time remaining but doesn't alert you when it spawns. For alerts, integrations via Diablo4.life or Discord bots.

No historical data: only current + next. For historical patterns, other tools.
